Menu Planning

Our menu offerings include rice, soup, side dishes, appetizers, main course, desserts and special drinks. Snack items, short orders and specials are also offered. The menu creation goes through the process of extensive research of the market, new development and food sampling/tasting. We constantly innovate and introduce unique dishes for everyone to look forward to. As part of our advocacy of promoting better lifestyle, we also offer alternative healthier dishes.

Trainings
Scheduled trainings are provided to better the performance of the staff. These are conducted on a monthly, quarterly basis or as the need may arise. A foreign consultant is hired on a yearly-basis to conduct trainings for the staff on food standards.
